Born in Penaranda, Philippines, Nemencia immigrated to the United States in 2006 and has resided in Bayonne for the past 9 years. She was a homemaker who treasured her family. Nemencia was predeceased by her husband Porfirio E. Quizon; her parents, Juan and Juana (nee: Francisco) Ballesteros; and 3 brothers, Artemio, Rufino, and Raymundo Ballesteros. Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Maria Allen Q. Estiler and her husband Rhomzaar Q. Estiler and Estelita Q. Nape and her husband Jesus, her sons, Rolondo B., Porfirio B., Francisco B., and Eduardo B. Quizon, 1 sister Gertrudes B.
